is the default password after installation?
The default password is LETMEIN.

forgot my password, what do I do?
You need to contact support.

Usage
The
software does not load when Windows starts.
It has been found that
programs like PC Timer can disallow startup items unless you tell
then otherwise. In the case of PC Timer you must go into the Admin
section and click Take Snapshot button whilst WinGuard Pro is running.
This then tell PC Timer to allow WinGuard Pro to run when Windows
starts.
How
do I lock the Boot Keys like Safe Mode, etc?
This feature was discontinued due to incompatibility.
How
do I stop people installing software on my PC?
To configure WinGuard Pro to lock out all types of installation
program, simply click the 'Block Software Installations' on the
'Extra Locking' menu. This feature is only available in version
4.1 onwards.
Can
I stop people using the internet or stop people downloading files
that may contain viruses?
Yes, you can either lock out
all Internet access or just lock out downloads, just by clicking
the relevant options on the Extra Locking menu. You can also lock
out software installations by clicking on the relevant option.
Can
I lock folders in 'my documents' ? And if so, how ?
There is an option on the Extra Locking menu called Lock My Computer,
this also locks folders like My Documents in a similar way.

Yes, you do this by going
into Add or Remove Programs, you will need to enter your password
before it will uninstall.

Via Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel--you will need to enter
the password!
After

How do I get rid of it?
You need to restart Windows and the file is removed next time, otherwise
after restarting just manually delete the program file.
